Church Action Plan

Action Plan One: Pastor and deacons visit every church family. Each deacon will visit with the Pastor his assigned families.

Action Plan Two: Every week, we will have visitation of couples to visit four homes  beginning on Cedar Creek until the Lake is covered in a 15 mile radius. This may expand further and include the Sumter County side of the Lake. We will have handouts and door hangers.

Action Plan Three: Continue support of Youth/Children Director in support of the Youth/Children ministry outreach.

Action Plan Four: Begin Sunday School class outreach with cards and call to missing members - phone tree.

Action Plan Five: Recruit van drivers to transport children, senior adults, or anyone wishing to attend church.

Action Plan Six: Advertise with pop-up signs and banners around the Lake, the reader board, the Shopper, TV, Facebook, and direct mailings.

Action Plan Seven: Hold two outreach fish-frys - one in the Spring and one in the Fall. The Brotherhood will spearhead with church involvement.

Action Plan Eight: Hold special events: Easter Egg Hunt, VBS, Fall Festival, Gospel Sings with promotions, etc.

Action Plan Nine: Run news stories on social media, TV and the newspaper about our various ministries.

Action Plan Ten: Most important plan is to pray for our church and its mission.
