Memorial Day🇺🇸, we have a nephew who died in Vietnam and several of our friends from AIT training.✝️ Today, we reflect, we remember the sacrifices that have been made.✝️ Lord, we lift up the families of those who died in service, please put Your Arms around them. We went to the Unadilla Cemetery and placed flowers on my wife’s parents’ graves. We prayed and wept (my sister did this for our parents). Then for the first time since Christmas, we ate out for supper.🎉 Earlier this week, I met with pastors and others planning for the “Sermon on the Mound”. It’s an initiative on reaching out to young people in our community.✝️ It’s Mother’s day, reach out to your Mother, I wish that I could, amen.
