We live in a fallen world;☹️that’s why evil is so rampant.😢 On the phone today, there’s sickness, sadness everywhere.🙏 I did the only thing I could do; I prayed!🙏 Maybe it’s my age, but I find myself praying, praying.🙏 Father, thank You for keeping the door open 24/7.🙏 I can’t get in the Oval Office, but the door to the Creator of the Cosmos is always open, AMEN?

We read of satan’s temptation of Jesus in Luke 4:1-13. When Jesus resisted him, he left Jesus alone for “a while”,✝️but he tried again to disrupt His mission…the last time. “If You are “THE Christ” come down off the cross”.✝️ Satan will come after us again. We must be alert, and tell him to get behind us!! We BELONG to Christ, saved by His Blood.🙏 AMEN AND AMEN!

President Jimmy Carter passed away yesterday.✝️ He was the only President that I ever knew and interviewed many times.🙏 He was a strong Christian man who believed in Christ, and he and Ms. Rosalynn demonstrated that.✝️ Prayers for the family.🙏🙏 AMEN!

Spent most of yesterday on the phone checking on folks, today, the family is at Blackshear Villas for a worship service.✝️ We are planning a Tuesday night New Year’s Eve service in our fellowship hall at 6 p.m. Details to come.😇New Year’s resolution?
