Attended a funeral yesterday, I heard three speakers give testimony about the life of a good man. The thing that moved me most was how he was saved and baptized in a mill pond. The family had tears at his departure, but joy in their hearts knowing that one day they would be reunited in heaven. Will they be able to say that about us at our funeral? Oh they can, if we know Him, amen.

On the way to nursing homes, the ladies “put up” with my jokes, singing, and preaching.😇 It’s a time of great joy!🎉 we had an awesome night of visitation last night, thank You, Father. Thank You, Father, for waking us up and starting us on our way, amen.

The Lions Club Fair is in town.🎉 I have great memories of the fair. For years, I would broadcast from the fair. Don’t know anything about Bolivian politics, but a missionary serving there (her mother is a member of our church) asked for prayer. She asked that God’s will be done in their presidential election, that he would be kind to their efforts,✝️ and I pray for our elections, that God’s will and purpose be done.🙏 Oh Father, we bow before You that Your will be accomplished in our lives, amen.✝️

A little parental bragging, our son and his choir were featured in the Augusta magazine this month🎉( forgive me, it comes natural to parents😅). Lake Blackshear Baptist Church has our fall festival this Saturday, 4 to 7 p.m.🎉 with trunk or treat, games, fun, and food!!
