At my advanced age, I think a lot about eternity.✝️ We will spend eternity in one of two places. Yes, we older people die, but I’ve had funeral services for a number of young people over the years. 🙏 We only have this moment guaranteed, so do you have your eternity choice made? I do✝️🙏amen.

Last night we heard a beloved physician share about their ministry in Bolivia.✝️ This Thursday we plan to go to our ministry field, about 60 miles round trip.😇 There’s plenty to do, Father, we need You, we need strength, we need encouragement.✝️ One other prayer request, a faithful servant is having surgery this morning, please deliver him,🙏🙏amen.

Awesome service yesterday, I could literally feel the Holy Spirit. One of our men, who has been through enough pain and suffering to sink a “battleship”, gave his testimony as part of my message✝️. Then we sang together🎉. ( I received many texts about my singing,🙄but I may do it again😀.) The message “Where are you?”; God knows, do we? He wants us to come home, to come to Him, amen.

What’s your favorite Bible verse? John 3:16, Romans 8:1, the 23rd Psalm? Oh I love John 14:1-6. It is here that Jesus tells us that He is preparing a home for us and that He will return for us✝️. Stopped to help a man begging beside the road, I talked briefly with him and gave him a little money. I can’t vouch for any of his statements (I think he was sincere), but I know what the Lord said. “When you’ve done unto the least of these, you have done it unto Me!” Father, You’ve blessed us so much, help us to bless others in Your Name, amen.

Great night of visitation last night with one of our deacons.🎉The Lord said go unto all the world; we went to about 50 miles of it✝️. I’m attending a funeral in Albany today for one of God’s faithful servants. I visited with the family last night. Yes there were tears, but also joy over a life well lived. Oh, I want that for myself, don’t you? Amen.

We’ve had four deaths connected to our church in the past month.✝️ The old gospel song popped up in my mind: “When Jesus steps out on a cloud to call His children!” Oh, at the midnight cry, we’ll be going home! Oh, I long for His soon return.🙏Oh, I’m ready.✝️ Are you? Amen.

The message on my phone said simply: “Mama, has gone to heaven!”, a precious lady that I knew well, that I prayed for each morning, not unexpected. The last few days had been tough. Oh, I know how the Father welcomed her, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant!!” Oh, I want that to be my greeting in heaven, don’t you? Amen.✝️

Throwing down his paper, turning off the TV he said ungrammatically, “there ‘ain’t’ no good news!” He’s right, but there is this ultimate good news. “For God so loved us that He sent His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life!!” Oh Father, thank You for the everlasting “good news”! We claim it now, amen.

In this world you will have tribulation,😠oh, we have tribulation, but Jesus, who came out of the grave holding the keys to death, hell, and the grave (whoever has the keys has authority✝️) told us that He has overcome the world.✝️ Oh Father, we claim this promise in the midst of this world of tribulation, oh please come get us soon, amen.
