Awesome day of worship with so many answered prayers: a couple back to worship (health issues prevented them)and additional cantata books for choir. My cousin in Dawson learned of our need, and her church is lending them to us.🎉 Oh, what a mighty God we serve. He hears and answers prayers. Call on Him today. He wants to hear from us, amen.

it’s 27 degrees🙄 with a heavy frost.😇 The last week was special to us; it was our anniversary on Wednesday, my wife’s father’s birthday on Friday, and my mother’s birthday yesterday. They’re in Heaven. Oh, we will see them again!🙏 I shared this with a young man yesterday, whose father had died. He died physically, but his spirit still lives in the presence of the Father. They will be reunited one day.❤️ Father, we praise Your name for this awesome promise. Thank You, in Jesus’ name. Have you claimed this promise? Amen.

Six prayer calls for folks who have the “virus”. Oh, we ask for healing, for deliverance. I asked my wife if she would still love me when I was old and wrinkled. She replied, “of course I do”.😅 I needed a chuckled to get this Friday started. My plate is loaded with prayer requests. The virus is rampant, but there are many praying for healing from cancer, for family members to be saved, tons of unspoken requests.✝️ Father, it’s over my “pay grade”, but I lift it all up to You. 27 degrees with a heavy frost today. (It took a while to get my old car defrosted.😅) we had a beautiful full moon. Oh Father, thank You for the heat, the cold, for everything. Dr. MLK day, I never interviewed him, but I did interview several of those who worked and served with him. They gave me a deeper insight to his work and ministry. Mercy, it’s wet, cold. Our daughter and son-in-law are battening down the hatches, expecting snow and ice in Rome, GA. One of the men in our church is headed out to restore power after the storm. Folks on TV are blaming “Mother Nature”. That’s a name for a non-existent pagan goddess.☹️The Creator God is in absolute control. We ask the Father to protect all those in path of the storm, in Jesus’ name, amen.

World can turn upside down in a short time. I was rejoicing over so many blessings and answered prayers yesterday. Then on the way home last night, I was reminded anew that our enemy, Satan is like a fierce lion, stalking about seeking whom he may devour.☹️ I was heartbroken, difficult to sleep and praying with all my heart.🙏🙏 Father, help us immerse ourselves in Your Holy Spirit, deliver us all from Satan, amen.🙏🙏
