Sunday was a day of joy as another couple came to be part of our church family. 🎉 I glanced at the news; it’s awful. Praying for those under assault in the Ukraine. Oh Father, please deliver them. 🙏🙏 Satan is at work, breaking up families. Oh, Lord, I pray for your soon return, amen. ✝️

It’s Sunday, let’s worship.🎉 It’s one of the freedoms we still have.✝️ There are those in hospitals, nursing homes who can’t physically come to “church”. That’s why we stream our services, and why we need to visit them and worship there with them.✝️ We who are physically able, don’t let anything keep us from worship.🙏 Father, thank You for this freedom, help us use it today, amen.✝️

Been praying for our choir as we rehearse for our Christmas cantata.✝️ Last night we had 29 rehearsing and there are 8 more who will be singing with us.🎉🎉 Do the math.❤️ It’s God in His goodness answering prayers. We’re back from Covid.✝️ Today, we bow humble before You, thanking You for Your mercy and love. We commit all to You, amen.

It’s Yom Kippur, the day of atonement. For Christ followers, our atonement came with Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross. He became our Passover Lamb. He cried out, “it is finished!” He had completed all the Father sent Him to do. Oh, that today, all would be redeemed, saved and that they would apply His blood to their lives by an act of faith in Him, in Jesus’ name, amen.

Ever wake up discouraged, even after a day filled with blessings? Our arch enemy is at work; he’s trying to destroy our joy. He can’t take away our salvation, but oh, he can mess with our minds. Awesome wedding yesterday with two families dedicated to Christ, it was a joy to see them combine their faith and strength.✝️ Our Sunday school lesson, oh it speaks to me from James 4, how we can triumph over temptation, sin, and Satan. Have a wedding this afternoon, I had one last Saturday, about to “catch on” to them.😇 Father, we are in deep prayer for all those devastated by this storm. Give us opportunities to minister to them. Yesterday was a full day of prayer🙏with two in the hospital, one having a kidney procedure, one with an injured foot, one in rehab, one facing a procedure today,✝️ others sick at home or recovering from surgery.✝️ Father, when we are overwhelmed, we come to You, speak to our hearts, heal them please, in Jesus’ name, amen.✝️

Oh Father, I pray that the houses of worship of You would be filled. I pray that Your Holy Spirit would move and the hardest heart would be touched.🎉 Father, this Your day, I pray that we would be faithful in it, amen!🙏

Watching Andy Griffith, it’s about the only thing I can watch on TV anymore, I flipped through the channels, practically all filled with violence.😠 As I watch the news, I wonder if are we on the cusp, the edge of the great tribulation? Oh, Father, we need You right now, please fill us with Your  presence, amen.

Sunday is a day set aside for worship.✝️ Worship is the single most important thing we do.🙏 All ministries flow out of this.✝️ Father, I lift up all the churches and pastors preaching and teaching the true Gospel. Please help and encourage us.❤️ I pray that the houses of worship would be filled as we lift our hands to You, amen.
